The purpose of this policy is to ensure timely and accurate payment of compensation fees to participants who take part in research studies co-ordinated by Aderico Medical. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for compensating participants for their time and effort.
This policy applies to all participants who engage in research studies organised by Aderico Medical. Aderico Medical is committed to ensuring that all participants receive their incentive fees promptly and efficiently. To achieve this, the following guidelines and procedures must be adhered to:
• Participants are eligible for an incentive fee only after they have completed the research study as agreed upon.
• The incentive fee amount will be communicated to the participant prior to their involvement in the study.
• Incentive fees will be paid via bank transfer.
• Participants must provide accurate bank details to facilitate the transfer.
• All payments will be made in GBP (£).
• Incentive fees will be processed and transferred within 48 hours of the participant completing the study.
• In cases where the 48-hour period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next business day.
• Referral payments are only applicable for studies where Aderico Medical has specified the availability of such payments due to challenges in recruiting the ideal participants.
• The referred participant must successfully complete the study for the referrer to be eligible for the referral payment.
• The referral payment amount will be communicated to participants at the time of the study invitation.
• Referral payments will be processed and transferred within 48 hours upon total completion of the study.
• Referral payments are ad hoc payments made to participants who refer colleagues, friends, or family members to take part in the same study.
• Participants must ensure that they provide correct and up-to-date bank information.
• Participants are responsible for any bank fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete banking information provided by them.
• Participants making referrals must ensure that the referred individual provides their details at the time of study registration.
• Aderico Medical will ensure that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• The company will keep a record of all payments made for audit purposes.
• Aderico Medical will address any payment issues promptly and ensure participants are informed of any delays.
• Any disputes regarding the incentive fee payment must be raised within 7 days of the payment date.
• Participants can contact the Aderico Medical support team via email or phone to resolve any issues.
• Disputes will be investigated and resolved within 14 days of the complaint being received.
• All participant information, including bank details, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing the incentive fee payment.
• Aderico Medical will comply with all relevant data protection regulations to ensure the security of participant information.
• Aderico Medical reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. Participants will be informed of any significant changes to the policy.
